Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the performance of generators and electric motors
- Designing high-speed permanent magnet generators and electric motors
- Structural analysis and loss calculations in high-speed electric machines
- Material selection and design of manufacturing processes; generating manufacturing drawings for high-speed electric machines
- Supervising manufacturing and performing quality control
- Designing test stands for high-speed electric machines
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the principles of turbogenerators
- Familiarity with high-speed and permanent magnet equipment
- Proficiency in finite element analysis software such as Ansys Maxwell and COMSOL
- Familiarity with Altium Designer
- Familiarity with electric machine manufacturing methods
- Proficiency in testing electric machines
- Time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Motivated, committed, organized, and punctual
- Strong teamwork skills and active communication with colleagues and managers
Requirements:

- Master’s degree: Graduated
- PhD: Research proposal approved
- Work Type:
- Graduates: Full-time
- PhD students: Part-time (minimum 3 days per week and 120 hours per month)
